Thrill seekers looking for speed need to have the right protection in place before you hit the streets. Sport bike coverage can include pretty much everything that has to do with you and your bike including accidents (regardless of fault), theft, custom parts, medical bills, and more.
Motocross bikes are usually off-road, dirt bikes that typically are not street legal in most states.
Most carriers protect you and your scooter with the same coverages we offer for motorcycle insurance.
Protect your touring motorcycle before you hit the open road with the sun on your face and adventure on your mind. Touring bikes are built for comfort and long distances.
Like other motorcycles, liability insurance is needed in most states, which makes it especially important to have if you plan on traveling state-to-state. Longer distances mean added risk, adding extra protection can ease your mind while on the road.
Not all states mandate insurance on your ATV or UTV, but places where you ride it might – like RV trails and public parks. Also like your vehicle, if you’re financing your vehicle, some lenders will require comprehensive and collision coverage.
Home insurance typically covers your ATV for scenarios on your property only. That means you’ll need a separate ATV/UTV policy for accidents that occur away from home.
Yes. It’s required by most states to have liability insurance on your bike to legally to ride on the streets. We offer the same coverages for our sport bike insurance as we do for any other motorcycle. Adding extra protection, like medical payments and physical damage coverage, will give you peace of mind on the road.
Liability insurance is required by law if the engine is 50cc or greater. That means you’ll be protected up to your policy’s limits if you cause damages or injure someone while riding. If you’re financing your bike, your lender may require you to carry physical damage coverage.
Some states may not require scooter or moped insurance for engines less than 50cc or top speeds below 30 mph. Make sure you know your bike’s specifications and check with your state to find out what’s mandated.
With a smaller engine and less weight to haul around, riding a scooter or moped allows for increased fuel-efficiency compared to a larger motorcycle or automobile. You won’t just save on gas—a parking permit for a scooter or moped typically costs less than one for a car. Plus, the compact size can be particularly beneficial when finding a parking space and navigating crowded areas on a college campus or in a big city.
