Julie has enjoyed a career with great companies including Brinker International Inc., FedEx Office, and Curam Consulting, LLC. prior to co- founding Equity Beyond Financial Services, LLC with Bonnie and Greg. Julie has been married to Greg for over 30 years and has 2 great kids, Daniel and Megan. She is also a dog mom to Lacy, the cutest Cockapoo! You can usually find Julie on the golf course, with her toes in the sand, or cooking for friends and family when she is not a work.

Greg Hayes has an impressive track record of more than 23 years of hands-on experience in quality management, strategic planning, business development, product management, system engineering strategies, and sales. He has proven to successfully analyze an organization’s critical business requirements, identify deficiencies and potential opportunities, and develop innovative and cost-effective solutions to meet the customer’s needs.
Greg is a connector of people. Greg’s passion is working with young adults that are starting the next chapter in life after college by creating a wealth plan to build for the future. His key characteristics are integrity, loyalty, and being upfront while communicating. If he isn’t on the golf course building relationships, you will find him fishing, hunting, or scuba diving with friends. Greg has been married to Julie for 31 years and has two wonderful young adults (Daniel and Megan).

Lacy is a Cockapoo that rules the office! She is full of silliness that brings joy to everyone. Her favorite treats are pork “hamburgers”, venison bones, belly rubs…. and she’s very guilty of napping on the job.
